Whether you’ve been officially diagnosed or just identify with ADHD traits ( with or without hyperactivity, formerly called ADD), you're welcome here, no diagnosis required, no waiting list.
You may often feel like you're either too much or not enough. Maybe you’ve been told to act normal, try harder, stop daydreaming, focus more, or be quiet. You’re either overstimulated or bored, doing everything at once or feeling frozen, talking too much or going silent, eating too much or forgetting to eat altogether.
Either you have been diagnosed a long time ago or maybe, like me, you were diagnosed later in life, I received my ADHD diagnosis as an adult, right here in the Netherlands. In that moment, my life made more sense and didn’t look like a puzzle anymore. I could finally understand how I could hyperfocus on the things I love, yet struggle with daily basics. It helped me stop feeling broken and start understanding how I work. I could finally understand my mission in life and learn habits, tools and strategies to develop acceptance and self understanding to live fully with my ADHD.
Getting diagnosed with ADHD can be bittersweet. On one hand, it’s incredibly validating: you finally feel seen, heard, and understood. On the other, it can bring grief for the years spent struggling, for missed opportunities, and for the relationships that suffered when you didn’t know how to explain yourself.
That’s where coaching comes in.
ADHD coaching helps you reconnect with who you are. It’s not about fixing you, it’s about guiding you toward the answers that are already within you, and helping you build habits and tools that work for your unique brain.

Ik kwam bij Thomas met een hardnekkig patroon waar ik graag wat aan wilde doen. Ik wist dat deze niet goed was maar had geen idee waar het vandaan kwam en waarom het er was of hoe ik deze kon doorbreken.

Bij de start van mijn ADHD-coaching wilde ik vooral praktische en ondersteunende methoden leren, zoals het aanpakken van mijn ongeduld en overweldigende gevoelens.
Ik ontdekte dat ik vaak ver vooruit denk en verschillende scenario's in mijn hoofd afspeel, maar moeite had om mijn zorgen te uiten voordat het te laat was.
Nu heb ik geleerd om rustig scenario's aan te kaarten.
Ook heb ik mindfulness-oefeningen gedaan om mijn hoofd te kalmeren en beter keuzes te kunnen maken.
De coach creëerde een ondersteunende omgeving waarin ik deze kwesties kon verkennen. Ik raad deze sessies zeker aan voor iedereen die begrip zoekt en praktische strategieën wil om beter met ADHD om te gaan in het dagelijks leven.
